Maloney & Kennedy came recommended by my attorney for a business appraisal. However after signing an engagement letter and paying a $2500 retainer, over 6 months went by with no follow up emails or work done. I had to reach out multiple times to get access to the shared document folder and after being ignored for months, I come to find out that they will not be able to provide me with the appraisal services. My retainer was returned with $200 taken out. When I reached out they said it was because they "made exhibits" and "discussed child support" with me over the phone. I do not have children and received no such exhibits. Do not waste your time with anyone here. They will take your money, hold it for 6+ months and then refuse to return it despite no work being done. I reached out multiple times for an explanation and received none. Do not recommend.

I run a small business in New Hampshire and between the legal and accounting support I get from Maloney and Kennedy I highly reccomend them. They have a small town feel with expertise and experience of a large firm. All invoices and communication are clear and fair.
