Our organization has worked with a number of tax, accounting, and consulting services over the years, and I can honestly that Lamplight Advisors has unquestionably been the best. First off, they are extremely competent—they know their stuff inside and out, and if there's something they don't know, they will research it and give you an answer/recommendation very quickly. I have also never found a single error in their work (and they are the only accounting team I can say this for). They are also efficient, strategic, and full of useful advice. (Working with them has actually had a net positive impact on our bottom line because of their helpful advising on how/where we can save money). Lastly, they are very accessible, relatable, and honestly fun to work with; managing the financials for a small business can be a headache and/or a slog, but they make it something that we look forward to each month.
