Stanfill Tech, in particular Kyle Ashley, are top-drawer professionals with vast knowledge and expertise in their respective disciplines. Mr. Ashley assisted me from the very beginning. As I began the task of purchasing components for my wife's gaming build, Kyle offerred opinions on my choices and gave me recommendations where he could. Upon finalizing all the build's insides, Kyle made hardware magic and put the rig together. His exceptional skills and added plus of also being an "AMD guy", have served us amazingly. *Update*
I was contacted by a member of the management team via email! Response time was sooooo much better. I was quite happy that they had reach out to me and wanted to correct the situation. Unfortunately, due to my own fault I didn't see the email sent to me for a few weeks😯😶😩 I was on my personal account to which I don't access very often. I also failed to mention in my review that the staff/employee's are by far the best when it comes to interacting with a people. I have always gotten a warm welcome or greeting when I called, any questions I had asked were answered professionally and in a way I could understand. The only option I have for this company is by phone call ( I live about an hour and a half away from their location) and they have always found the time to try and take care me and not make me feel rushed off the phone.

Well. First time I used them I gave the lady my full physical address for the tech to come out and work on my computer. I live an hour and a half from their location. When the set appointment time came about, a no show. So I call them and guess what? They thought I lived in Elko also. The second time I used them I was directed to a tech who then said he would call me back to set up an appointment for a remote connect to check out my computer and no calls.
