My experience with Incorp, and specifically with Patti has been highly satisfactory. She made the necessary updates and filings, notified us when this work would be done, made the appropriate submissions and then sent us copies and receipts for the submitted documentation. The Registered Agent work that Incorp does for us has been excellent.

Do not use this service. I would highly recommend using another registered agent instead. They have you sign up for a specific term of service (1 year, 2 years, etc.), but somewhere in the fine print it says they can continue to charge you even if you choose not to renew with them. That was not something that was made clear to me when I signed up and I think any reasonable person would conclude that when signing up for a service for a specific length of time, you would have to renew for them to keep charging you. Also, and this is more minor, their customer care specialist didn't respond to my emails or messages.

EDIT: I posted this review below and they reached out to me immediately to understand my situation and work to fix it. Incredible service recovery so far. They are working to help me close an LLC that really shouldn't have existed. So far my perception of one-star service has been changed to five stars. Let's hope it stays that way after they finish resolving my issue. But impressive work so far - GREAT follow up.
ORIGINAL POST: This company is crooked. I have tried to close out an account with them for over a year and they keep charging me for services. What a scam. Please don't believe they are trying to help you... they are only focused on getting their claws into you and charging you constant fees and not trying to help. Most frustrating experience i've ever had with a company.

Very professional, and customer driven. They understand the value of a lifelong customer. Their proprietary systems are state of art, and customer service is quick to assist with live chat and other communication systems. I wouldn't look to any other service, the customer support and working with your business as it and the leader grows they are very fair and understanding. Consider me a lifelong client. Ginny was the agent who helped me. Really, you guys are amazing I had a rough first year as an entrepreneur with my first business ever and they worked with me. Can't go wrong with service like this. No other company can compete. They chose a lifelong customer over a quick profit. I'll be opening up more LLC's with you in the near future after I pickup momentum! Setting the standard for customer service. Choose InCorp if you want the benefits of a long-term business partnership for any registered agent services.

Absolutely terrible service, would rate 0 stars if able. These people have harassed me for EIGHT (yes, the number 8) years over an account that was closed nearly a decade ago. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.

EDIT AFTER THEIR RESPONSE: Typical lies, they claim obligations, entity was dissolved and they continue to harass trying to charge for services canceled a decade ago. Scammers.

I partnered with InCorp Services over a year ago to handle my organization's foreign entity registered agent requirements. The service was impeccable and fee structure extremely reasonable. I have now engaged InCorp Services to handle all of my foreign entity registrations, as well as maintain annual filing requirements. This time around, I had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Valerie Villegas. Her customer service and quality of work was exceptional! I could NOT ask for a better experience.

The only question that I raise, is why didn't I utilize InCorp prior to last year?

I have been using InCorp Services for a few years, and find the process to be convenient and expedient. As a small business owner, it gives me comfort to know that I will never miss a corporate filing deadline as long as InCorp Services has my back.
