Making up their own rules and standards just to not follow them. Their incompetency is astounding to say the least. They painted new corners exceeding 25ft from the corner on some, others as little as 3ft, and some not painted all. My handicap mother in law's car was parked across the street about 22ft from the corner, they had her vehicle towed by Titans Towing, then painted the corner 25ft. There was no 48 hour tag placed on the vehicle, and when confronted to Epic, I was told it's not their area of responsibility to define what a corner is or how far it is. Stuck with $395.56 tow bill and still fighting with these corrupt incompetent people that have been given authority in a neighborhood they don't live in. Avoid at all costs.

It has taken some time to write this review.
However, please take much needed heed when looking for an HOA Management Company. This is not the company you EVER want to have Managing where you live and invest.
It is no secret as to why this company has 2 stars, TREMENDOUS amounts of Better Business Bureau complaints & reports.
This company has also been reported to the Department of Justice multiple times.
Do your homework people!!!
The owner of this company is rude & has ZERO interest in anything either than making money.
Sadly, HOAs' leave this company in a hurry. & not to mention each and everyone one of the Community Managers' are questionable people.
Please be extra careful with Edgar and Jennifer.
This company should be shut down and Tonya Gale should never have been in the HOA industry to begin with.

Absolutely worthless and useless program AND people. They acknowledged our requests when they first took over, then went completely non responsive to our follow up requests for sometime, only to write back that they don’t handle anything they have been acknowledging they will handle for the past 5-6 months. What a scam company!

Epic is the worst, rude, prejudice.. Never response to problems until the major things gets to worst situation, and get together with plumbing and target one unit. the favoritism, blame it on the people who cannot speak English very well, not professional and possible being prejudice. My tenants doesn't speak very well English. I can see that I am not the only one who doesn't like EPIC...look at these many, many people had bad experiences... They still try to harass certain residence... I attend the HOA board meeting after my unit in stacked building got flooded because they responded late. The damage was $7,000 +. Tried to speak to the board for follow up at the zoom meeting, the owner of EPIC, Tonya Gale kept mute me, claiming that there is echo (I am different, and English is not my native language), stop me from speaking, while the one of the board member mic was so echoing that no one could understand but Tonya didn't mute her, other board member even said "I can't understand", the meeting was recording, So what do you think?
The attached video is sewer backing up at my unit... wake up in the morning, water starts coming up from the sewer...
I have a long way to go....
