I had high hopes for Precision Consulting’s journal article publication services after receiving exceptional support with my dissertation. Unfortunately, my experience with their journal article assistance was frustrating and unproductive.

From the start, the process was riddled with errors, unclear guidance, and lack of meaningful feedback. Communication was poor—email responses were difficult to interpret and provided no real direction for navigating the publishing process. When I sought clarification, the answers were vague and did not help me engage with potential publishers.

In the end, I was left without a finished product or follow-up support, which was a stark contrast to the quality service I previously received from this company. Given the investment scholars make in their research, Precision should offer clearer guidance, structured support, and a process that truly helps authors reach publication standards.

If you’re considering their services for journal article development, proceed with caution. While they may excel in dissertation assistance, they fell short in delivering on their promises for academic publishing support.

Please listen to me...do NOT even try. Their company is run by a bot until you might FINALLY get an answer. For someone who you want to help you write or edit, this isn't it. They should have more personalization from the start. In my intial email I wrote back that I was turned off by the "bot" answer. Then they followed up and I went back and forth with "Aaron" that his information about my area of research was wrong, that I wished he was more personal, and that if he couldn't reply with a genunie response I'd share out. Sure enough every reply was a blanket response from "Aaron" letting me know I could call their company for more information. There are great companies out there who are REAL from the START. Keep looking! Do not give your money to a company who can't even try to engage and didn't train their bot to filter when they needed a person to take over.

Precision is so great, I have been working with them for years. When my university shut down in the middle of the night they even helped me to transfer to a new school. I was devasted at first because I was already done with chapters 4 and 5, but they helped me revise my entire manuscript to the standards of the new school and I graduated within 6 months of transfer. We are now working on multiple journal articles and they are helping me put together some classes. I can’t recommend Precision any more highly than to say they get the job done and get approval no matter how difficult.

I came to Precision after months and months of little support and direction from my dissertation chair. If felt as if I were thrown to the wolves and left to fend for myself after turning in my first three chapters, only to be rejected. It was a blessing to find out about Precision from a colleague of mine who had recently finished his doctoral program. I worked with Precision for the entire three years of my dissertation, so it’s hard to know where to start! I spent an entire year on my concept paper on my own and felt like I had made no progress. I finally reached out to Precision for assistance. They walked me through all of my chair’s comments and made recommendations for ways to improve. There were multiple rounds of revisions, and they continued to guide me and help me edit without increasing the rate. After submitting revisions to my chair and waiting on feedback, they checked in with me regularly, which encouraged me and also helped me stay on track. My concept paper was finally approved, and then we moved into the IRB stage, followed by data collection and analysis. They were always upfront about their rates, and every quote included endless rounds of revisions. I am thankful for that because there were certainly MANY revisions! They were professional and responsive. I never had to wait long for replies to my emails or answers to my questions. I have no doubt that without Precision, I would not have made it to the end.

Precision assisted me with statistics during my first course at the start of my dissertation. It was incredibly intimidating to return to school after 15 years in the corporate environment and I was concerned that my course load would interfere with my studies. Every assignment and discussion post was delivered on time and I didn’t receive a single mark down during the course. It was an easy decision to have Clark and the team help me with my entire dissertation and I am now graduating this term after three years of working together. I cannot say enough good things about Precision and I’m incredibly grateful for their help. Clark was approachable and explained concepts well, and although there was a lot of back and forth with my committee and revisions, I always got approval at each milestone. I highly recommend Precision if you are considering a PhD, I could not have graduated with their help.

I never would have graduated without help from Precision. English is not my first language and my mentor made so many corrections about grammar and APA and she wanted me to take writing class before I wrote my chapters. I hired Precision and Clark and Ben wrote everything. There were so many revisions and they finished every single one so fast. After 2 year writing and lot of corrections I graduate this Spring! I am so happy because it was so scary when my professor wanted me to take the writing class. I had no problem after I shared work with my mentor after I hired Precision. Ben answered so many of my questions and made me calm. My mentor was changed and the new mentor had so many new changes and they kept going. Many of my classmates are still writing only chapter 1 and 2 and I finished already. Now I am getting help to publish my study in a journal. I have an interview at a university in my home country and if I publish I can be a full faculty. Thank you Precision!

Without Precision I would have long since given up on my dissertation. My professor refuses to review more than 3 pages at a time. I counted and Precision revised my proposal alone over 20 times. I would normally think something was the matter with the work produced but my professor would go back and forth about decisions. First she wanted it to be phenomenology and then a qualitative descriptive study. But after Precision revised, she made us change it back again to a phenomenology. And this was before she would even let me submit to URR, where they then completely disagreed with many of the changes we were told to make and we had to change it back again. Infuriating. Throughout all of this Ben has been my rock and has always responded promptly and completed the work requested. If I had paid for each revision, I think I would have spent at least double my tuition alone. While it was a significant up front cost, Precision has saved me thousands of dollars and months of time and tuition.
