I decided that my taxes were going to be a little more complicated so I hired Holden Acct to prepare my taxes. I had to continue to call for updates, taxes submitted and rejected by IRS because my Health coverage was not submitted correctly. They tried again. Now I have received a refund check and I have to call and ask why. Hoping this tax year will end. Maybe I should give myself more credit and do my own next year.

Miss Holden is my tax preparer for life now. She has taken soo much stress and anxiety off my plate every tax season.

Why pay the same amount on TurboTax doing your own taxes risking mistakes when you can have her do them and not have to worry about anything? No brainer!

She does in person, remote, document pick up, whatever your situation she will make it work!

I loved Holden accounting in the past, but recently they’re impossible to get a hold of. On the rare occasion that I do get a response, I’m told that they’ll get back to me the next day and I won’t hear back from anyone for months. I’ve reached out via email,
Facebook messenger, through their taxdome app, and get nothing back. As a business owner, this is extremely frustrating. My 2021 taxes, and every quarterly tax after that, has been filed on the absolute last day of tax deadlines or even late. I had
To file my most recent quarterly tax myself, because I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I wouldn’t recommend this business, as it is extremely unprofessional to ghost your clients with something as serious as our finances and taxes.

Lisa has been a dream to work with. We are new business owners and taxes are not our strong suit.
