Mr. Patrick Butler performed a very thorough inspection going far beyond expectations, offering several useful tips and opinions that really made me feel that he was genuinely concerned with my knowledge and awareness of the house. He answered all questions asked by me and gave me an in depth explanation as to why the issues occurred and how to cost efficiently fix them. The report was very detailed to include pictures with explanations and level of concern.

Pat at Tallgrass Home Inspectors did an extremely thorough inspection. He was quick to answer all of our question and walked us through all of our many questions. When working with them my wife and I felt very well taken care of and felt like we could continue to move forward with our home purchase with confidence that we weren’t going to have any surprises show up after our purchase. He was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us to expedite further inspections with other well trusted businesses in the local area. I can't say enough about how incredible my experience was with Tallgrass Home Inspectors. I was trying to buy a house that I currently rented, and was coming into this situation with literally no experience and no idea what was going on - I was fully expecting to pay an arm and a leg for an inspection that would be moderately useful to me. Instead, I feel like I got such an incredibly good deal with Tallgrass for results that were above and beyond what I could have asked for. The fellow that came by was incredibly professional and thorough - he was at my place for multiple hours making sure that he noticed and fully documented everything.
