Dan has been extremely helpful in educating and guiding me through my husband's retirement process and later through the necessary steps after hus death. He is available through email and by phone whenever we had questions. My husband's retirement was complicated (involving government, military and railroad retirement), but Dan was patient with us and took the time to learn about anything he had not worked with previously.
