SMX doesn't know how to communicate with their employees. I went to orientation on Thursday at Mars, the recruiter asked all of us when we wanted to start. So most of us said the next day, he told us we couldn't start til Sunday... (So why ask when we wanted to start) Then he gave us a schedule its color coded, he not once told me what color I was so that was a no go. Not only that I called him twice left 2 voicemails, left a txt, sent him an email, and called the main location still nothing about my schedule. LACK OF COMMUNICATION

They are fun to work with and that makes time go by fast. Sometimes it seems the 12hr shift isn't but 4 hours. I hope to continue my employment for SMX

Love working here, except leads needs to work along with all staffs, not pick who they feel like to place them on the floor, this toleration needs to stop,drug test is a must, within every other months,I know few leads that under the influence of marijuana and work the floor

As a former they would have issues with their payroll system. It was common for employees to say their paycheck wouldn't come up on time, would take a month for paychecks to be received. Employees would not be paid for their hours they worked. They'd also wait combine all the paychecks owed and gave people large checks taxed at that level. I had to beg everyday for 5 weeks while i worked just to get my pay, and I didn't get it until i finally quit. The work is great, but SMX is sketchy, do yourself s favor and don't work there.

Great Managers Who Are Very Helpful To Get All Your Questions Answered, They Always Check On You To Make Sure Your Shift Is Going Smoothly And If You Need To Use The Bathroom And Or Get A Drink If Water And They Make Sure You Stay On Top Of Your Clock In Procedures So You Get Paid The Right Amount You Are Owed. Quick Access To Work And They Really Do Help You Get On Full Time At Mars So You Can Progress In Life. Highly Appreciate The Great Workers At SMX. Thank You
