I'm not sure why they bothered calling me and leaving a message if they weren't going to explain why they're calling, plus the guy mumbled the name of the business so it sounded like gibberish, possibly intentionally. Not just debt collectors, but incompetent ones.

I've worked for Berlin-Wheeler for some years now. I started work in their medical transportation department as a CSR. The work is rewarding and provides a much needed service to those in need. They help schedule transportation for Medicaid and Medicare members.

The work is much like all customer service positions with good and bad callers, I had to develop a thick skin. The work is very rewarding but can be emotional at times.

It's a family owned business and they really do care about all of us. They frequently provided me with support and encouragement through some difficult life situations. Their policy's are fair and employee focused. Their management staff does everything they can to help us improve and be self sufficient without being overbearing.

I really enjoy the remote aspect of the job. Being able to work from home has been a real blessing and allowed me to save time and money not commuting every day. It allows me to spend more time on myself and family.

Missed a phone call from them and called back.

Spoke to a "Jason", who's apparently a supervisor. He admitted to not being able to verify that it wasn't a scam or spam call. Don't trust these scammers!

I forgot to return some cable equipment and moved so I missed the notification. This was my error and take full responsibility. However when I returned the equipment and paid the fees this company has not put my balance as zero and it has been a month . I kept calling and asking why I still have a balance with them despite returning the equipment and paying Cox Cable. They said they were not sure and said to call back in a week. Meanwhile this still sits on my credit report as being not paid. I will be giving them another week and if not resolved I will be contacting the BBB. Berlin and Wheeler is a shady company I don’t trust them at all.

Terrible! I called 4 times and they keep saying they will call back but never did. I emailed them but they still haven’t responded. Horrible costumer service.

It seems unfair of me to give one star to the entire company. My first experience was horrible, it continued to be horrible because either they didn’t believe me or didn’t listen. So I want to give one star to them because I’m angry about the identity theft and fraud, also their inability to believe those words the first time I had said that some time back in 2022. But they could have figured out faster that I wasn’t playing around when I told them I had no idea what they were talking about and that I’ve never opened the utilities account with the company that they were collecting for. So in the spirit of being a good person, I would be giving two stars. But the last person I spoke with was cool and understanding. Her Name is Janet R. And one or two others I spoke to recently. So now you get three stars. But I’m sorry for your bad luck and terrible horrible phone etiquette Berlin Wherler Inc. Those first few experiences were just awful.

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid this debt and the CSR person kept saying "No you owe this for something else then!" Extremely rude and the company doesn't seem on the up and up. I called the place that they claimed I owed, and they even stated I had a zero balance. This place has no business trying to collect debts. When complaining to the supervisor he never once apologized for the rude behavior of the person I spoke with.
