Please focus on you and your staff's attention to detail and customer service.

This year, our taxes were prepared incorrectly twice, the first time rejected by the IRS and the second time with a gross error caught by us: completely leaving off one person's income.

Further, we went weeks without communication and had to initiate follow-up several times, which is frustrating when turning to human tax professionals for support.

Finally, to top off the blatant disregard for customer relationships, we were denied a meeting to discuss our concerns and request for a refund due to all of the challenges and poor services rendered.

I'm disappointed in our experience this year and sad to have to take my business elsewhere.

I have done my taxes myself for years but when I became a contract worker I knew handling my own taxes would take too much of my time. I don't remember how I came across Kyle's business but he has been great. We met face to face for our first meeting and from there I let go and it definitely took a lot off of my plate. Thank you!
