Kendra IS THE BEST!!!! Her work is literally life changing. Kendra has taught a few powerful seminars for our teams. We have 48 people of on teams between both salons and we have done a few classes from power of positivity, how to get your groove back after negativity sets in and lots communication stuff... talking about boundaries / values and how they play into salon life and real life. Her approach is real and SIMPLE. Being honest and transparent and learning how to communicate better has helped our teams.

I have been in and out of counseling for most of my adult life dealing with anxiety, stress and depression, seeing very little progress.

My sister was working with Kendra for about a year. After seeing so many positive changes in her, I decided to give Kendra a call. Little did I know at the time that this would be one of the best decisions I made.

After just one session, I felt like I had a better understanding of what I was actually going through. I didn’t realize how bad my depression was affecting me and the people I love around me.

Shortly after that, I booked a flight from Hawaii to Costa Rica so I could attend her woman’s retreat. That trip changed my life!

It’s been almost 2 years since the Costa Rica trip and I am forever thankful to Kendra for all of the work she did with me. I am also grateful for all the new friendships and bonds I made with all of the girls.

I heard about coaching through various self-development books. Being a little skeptical of the process, I put it off for quite some time. After my first couple sessions, I couldn’t help but imagine how far along I would be if I started sooner.

Before beginning, I was worried that the experience would be somewhere between a regurgitation of everything I had already read & hardcore affirmations and mantras. But during my initial meeting, I was pleasantly surprised that the experience didn’t fall anywhere on that spectrum.

I came to coaching searching for general “life direction and purpose”. Kendra helped me identify my passions and outlined the steps I needed to take to allow those passions to go from ideas to things. Thoughts to actions.

Kendra is great at guiding over obstacles by asking questions & suggesting alternatives and action plans. She provides different angles and perspectives that aren’t commonly seen at first glance.

The sessions ranged from uncovering and setting personal, relationship, and professional goals to developing series of actions required to achieve these goals, especially the ones I was most hesitant to begin.

The reason I wish I had started sooner is because in just 2 sessions, I had accomplished what I had been thinking about doing for 6 months.

I am excited to continue working with her.

I’ve never had an experience like I did at the Phoenix retreat! Kendra is truly amazing and all the work we did has changed me.
