Amy Heath assisted us in selling my mother's house after she passed away. We live in Pennsylvania and had to rely on her expertise and advice from up North. We had several issues with the sale and the buyers were put through the wringer. She helped keep us on track and never swayed on her compassion with what any of us were going through while keeping the sale on target. Amy Heath was exceptional to work with! Fully understood our needs and worked wonders with our challenges (and there were many) in selling our aging parent's property. She also worked very closely and coordinated with the title company on all requirements. Communicated extremely well on all aspects of the property dealings; very easy to talk with and was very responsive and timely in answering any and all questions. Would highly recommend Amy for any real estate needs!

Just a follow up after all was said and done. As good as everything was through the closing, we discovered sometime after that the property had 2 services from FPL; one for the home and one for a security light pole. Was no way of us knowing that since my dad had passed away and mom wasn't in condition to provide all the details. In our area, the title companies typically take care of main service cutovers, but that was not identified here. That said, we were now stuck with a bill for a security light that was no longer ours and had not been for approximately 9 weeks post closing. We asked for communication to the buyer as it only seems fair they would pick up the cost of what was now their light pole. That request was met with silence. If we could also leave a review for Gullet Title on this, we certainly would. Not a huge dollar amount, but for my mom who is on very limited income it all adds up. Just very disappointed on the lack of willingness to help.

If I could give this place a zero I would. We bought a home the realtor never showed up with the keys when we came to the home. We had to break in the home to get in. My son has had two liver transplants a kidney transplant and a colon removal yet these idiots refused to show up with the key. It was freezing, like 40 degrees that day and still to this day they act like fools and swear there's nothing they can do about the broken door and door frame we had to break to get into the home after we drove 400 miles to get to our new home. Even our title company couldn't get the key! Don't ever use them!
