Horrible service, lack of professionalism and courtesy! Do yourselves a favor and pick any place else. Even doing taxes in Miami Dade College is a million times better and is free. They messed up my taxes, I waited for two months and nothing was posted. They entered wrong information for me and I never received a refund. They avoided my many calls, e-mails and every time I went by they were closed. Expensive for nothing! They barely speak English and business/professional demeanor leaves much to be desired.

Weird. Some of the reviews have a profile photo of the people that work there. ANYWAYS. I usually do my taxes, but now owning a business, I rather have someone else do it. These people don't know what they're doing. Just because they're nice doesn't mean they're good at their job. He doesn't know the tax code at all. He uses a program to copy and paste your W2 than press enter every few minutes, and it tells him his mistakes. You're paying someone to fill in the blanks. For that, you could use turbo tax. Anyways he DOESNT ask any questions when it comes to trying to find you the best return. I told him I go to school and have my documents that I email to him. Before even checking his email, he told me I owe 3k. I told him if he put my school, and he told me I should have told him. BRO I told you I emailed it to you. We had a chat about it. It then went to 2k than later he said I would get pay 600. I had to keep asking him why don't you add this, or my business is entitled to this. To the point, he got all our papers and tossed it to my side of the table and said he wouldn't do it in front of my wife and child. This is a lazy man that does the minimum, and the second you question him "respectfully" about his numbers, he starts throwing a fit. I recommend you get a second elevation after you leave here or just don't come at all and save yourself the time and money.
