My mother age 85 lives on a top unit. The wood on the side is was rotted. They replaced it over 3 years ago. I have been calling to have it pained before the wood rots again. Spoke with property mgr. Ange, spent pictures as requested. No one has come out. They are rude when you call. You have to ask who you are speaking to and they ask why you want their name. Poor customer service. Never see a maintenance person cleaning. I clean around my mother’s property to keep up. That is not my job. They need to revamped to professional employees. 🤬🤬🤬

Terrible Experience with Professional Management & Association Services, Inc. I cannot emphasize enough how dissatisfied I am with their services. Here are some of the reasons why I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this company:

1. Incompetent Staff: The employees at Professional Management & Association Services, Inc seem to have absolutely no clue about how to manage a community effectively. They lack the knowledge and expertise required to handle even the simplest of tasks. It's clear that they are not adequately trained or qualified for their roles.
2. Poor Communication: Communication is key when it comes to community management, and this is where Professional Management & Association Services, Inc. falls flat on its face. They are incredibly unresponsive and often take days, if not weeks, to reply to emails or phone calls. It's frustrating to have to chase them down for information or updates.
3. Lack of Transparency: Professional Management & Association Services, Inc. fails to provide clear information about monthly financial statements and or accuracy on the yearly budgets. It's impossible to trust a company that is so opaque in its dealings.
4. Neglect of Maintenance: Our community's common areas have deteriorated significantly under the supposed care of Professional Management & Association Services, Inc.
5. Disregard for Residents' Concerns: It's clear that Professional Management & Association Services, Inc. couldn't care less about the concerns and grievances of the residents. They dismiss complaints with indifference and offer no solutions or resolutions.
In conclusion, my experience with Professional Management & Association Services, Inc. has been nothing short of a nightmare. They are unresponsive, and unprofessional. If you value your peace of mind and the well-being of your community, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for a competent and reliable community management company. Professional Management & Association Services, Inc. is, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I've tried to contact them and left messages 3 times to make them aware of a roof leak. It's been a week and have not heard from them. Horrible customer service. The good ratings are fake. Don't believe them.

Update: After giving this company a 1 our of 5 stars, I am revising it to a 3 out of 5. This company is very attentive to home owners concerns once the management becomes aware of the issue. This is more likely to occur if you send the administrative managers an email along with any photos of the issues. The phone messaging system is all but useless as for some reason messages are not relayed to the people in charge. I hope that this will be resolved and they can become a truly top notch management company.

Silviana: Horrible service, lack of professionalism and communication with clients. Unresponsive to calls and when you finally get them to answer they say “i will transfer you” but really they hang up. 0/5

It took me nine months to get a new water meter...$99 for one person. Kept saying I had a leak but I have wood floors. Women in office are rude. Only person that does anything is Carolyn. Had water intrusion from Irma and they said it wasn't their fault. Had a roof leak for over 2 years and water intrusion on my east wall. NEVER call you back NEVER answer phone. Certainly don't stand up to their name Professional. Didn't want to give them any stars but can't post without it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

As a LCAM, moving into an HOA has been my worst experience by far. The managing company is unresponsive to the emails and messages, when I call the office there is no one in charge of the other PM, then you are automatically transferred to a voice mail and if you call continuously they will not even answer. I have been waiting for a board or management response since the end of October 2020. I take pride in my career and this is very disappointing.

I am disappointed with the lack of service that I have experienced. I was part of the deciding board that would hire this company to assist with our building and initially was impressed with the intellectual sharpness presented.

I do not know what happened along the way but I am disappointed at the lack of customer service such as returning emails in a timely manner, 2 weeks is not a timely manner. The company was hired to assist with managing the Association and I constantly hear that the current board is completing all transactions, a responsibility that belongs to the management company. There is a lack of communication between the management company and the owners/tenants, delays in providing financial reports, and I feel a lack of guidance to the Board on their part.

I was optimistic in the beginning but unfortunately I feel the need to warn other potential Associations of the poor service that I have experienced. I rarely write a negative review on any company as I always give them the benefit of the doubt however I have no doubt that this company should either change leadership or get out of the business.

We’re so I even start. I was applying to this association when trying to move. To begin, not a single worker there was on the same page when telling me the requirements of what I was suppose to bring. I showed up 4 different times, phoned them, even the landlord called and we were all told different requirements. Finally the 4th time I showed up. They tried giving me another run around saying what I had in my hands wasn’t enough as far as paperwork. So I got upset and told her they were all over the place and no one knows what they were doing. This woman proceeded to accept my paperwork once I got angry, accepted the $150 for the application and $800 deposit. Two days later we were told we were denied. It takes 15 days. Quite honestly I think this was they’re form of “payback” for the anger I displayed. I feel my application didn’t even reach the people it needed to. That same day I was told I’d receive my $800 deposit back that week (it’s been 3 weeks now) I was told the accountants cashed the deposit, which is crazy. Why would they cash a check when I wasnt approved to live in there association. Since then I’ve called and showed up every two days to this place somehow my check is never there, I get the run around, I get told I need to speak to the supervisor, then I’m told the board is slow, the board is a volunteer, I get told they’ll get to it, then I’m told there is no check that I sent etc. If I can’t resolve this today unfortunately I will have to get my lawyer involved. Aside from that, the women that work the office are just... rude, clueless... I can go on and on. Please be aware of this company. Don’t fall into the same situation.
