I just purchased a New/Unworn 2024 Rolex Datejust 36 from The Watch Buyers Group and I couldn’t be happier. Everything went smooth and easy and I had my watch delivered cross country in my hands less than 24 hours after paying for it. The watch came exactly as advertised. Plus their prices are very reasonable. I would 100% buy another watch from The Watch Buyers Group.

I bought a fully linked Rolex Datejust 116300 from The Watch Buyers group around 2021-2022. I was extremely excited as this was my first watch and FIRST ROLEX!! A huge accomplishment for me. So overall it was a nice experience. HOWEVER….

Being new to watches at the time, I had no idea about links and how they impact the value. What I bought was a fully linked 116300 blue dial for $9,000 at the time. When I got there, they brought the watch out to show me and try it on, then they resized it (minus 1-2 links, I’ll have to check) and then gave it to me but didn’t give me the links, they kept them.

The problem is, I came there paying $9,000 for the exact product and everything with it but then only realized once I learned about watches now 1-2 years later more that those links are worth money and they would have been mine if I decided not to get the watch sized with them on the spot.

While I am grateful for them for selling me the watch, I am incredibly disappointed that they would take advantage of a new client and somebody new to luxury watches that didn’t know better. This is not how I would operate my business. So that’s why I give them 3 stars, if they want to fix the issue, I will certainly revise my review as we all make mistakes but as you can imagine, it was certainly disappointing to find out what happened now that I’m getting ready to buy my second watch, a rose gold olive day date, and learning a ton more about watches now. I’d expect a company to do the right thing, especially to new clients and educate them.

This is quite possibly the best watch store in the Country. Ben and his staff were incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. He gave me more than fair value on my Trade-in, and his prices are unbeatable, especially on hard to find second hand market watches. I would give them TEN STARS if I could. I give them 5 stars because they don’t brake the bank, they do good, high quality, professional work, (I got my watch back looking brand new.) Phone and email support as per the answering questions is superior, and they return the watch to you in a timely manner. What more could you ask for out of your watchmaker?

Best premium watch buying experience I’ve ever had. I got a hard to find watch at a great price. I love how they do a $100 deposit to secure the purchase so you don’t feel like you’re gonna lose the watch to another buyer willing to pay the credit card fee on the purchase price. The watch arrived at my doorstep less than 12 hours after I wired the money exactly as pictured and described. I find myself regularly checking their site to see what else they have for sale because the first purchase was such a great experience.
