Absolutely irresponsible & slow when working with buyer-applicants and lender requests. Not only do they have an attitude when you call or request something, it seems as if you are bothering them when you need to get information from them.

The buyer application took 4 weeks to approve...in a building with less than 70 units and only one sale. The application packet was short, thank goodness. Imagine if it was thick...they would have taken 60 days.

It took 5 emails during an entire month to get them to answer 3 questions about the condo community and then they would not respond until they had their fee in hand. And the kicker...you have to take the form to them because they don't print out anything. They don't reply in a timely manner for anything, when time is of the essence.

And I heard that they take 2-3 weeks to cash the checks for the association dues; no doubt hoping to cash in on a late fee or two.

They say they manage 30 communities. Frankly, they cannot handle one. It's a shame that communities don't vet their choices prior to signing a property management contract...unless of course someone is benefiting from the selection. Something to think about.

I am extremely pleased with the friendly staff at Universe Consultants. They always have a smile and are always ready to listen to my questions with patience and ready answers. Thank you so much for taking such an interest in your properties and residents. Your response to calls is outstanding. My problems are always solved in a timely fashion. It is always so nice to call your office and have a real person listen to me. Everyone with whom I have spoken to have been very nice and willing to please. Furthermore, they all have had great things to say about the owner of the business, Ms. Marilyn Llanes.
Again thank you so much for providing a safe, comfortable and beautiful place for me to live.

Condominium unit owner. No returned emails after four attempts. When you call the "emergency" cell phone number they hang up on you. Even their construction management is terrible. I would rate them zero stars but one is the minimum.

No, I have the right company. Marilyn Lllanes is the owner. I have used a different email than the one you have on record to avoid retaliation. Since my last review nothing has improved. Why don't you tell everybody how long it has taken you to perform a re-roofing of an 88 unit complex with 3 main buildings. Let me help you...you started in March and have completed 1 building. The entire project should have been 6 weeks at most. Oh, but coincidentally the roofing company has their office right next to your office. Yeah, I'm sure everything is legit.

This Management Company is the BEST. Our Condo hired them when we were in a terrible financial situation. They were able to collect all the fees,
and make all the necessary arrangements to pay for Insurance and in record time they put everything current. They are truly professionals, they worked hard for us. There was not an easy task.The staff is very courteous and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone looking for a good Management Co. 5 Stars

Can’t believe how unprofessional these people use to treat their customers. I tried to lease with them but the manager Marilyn never showed up. Can’t count how many failed attempts to reach her through visits, phone calls, emails and that lady was never available. As a business owner I don’t recommend that place at all as they made me waste my time and disrespect my company so deeply.

I have had nothing but horrible experiences with the treatment they give me/customer service. Extremely rude where I am hung up on and when I call back they purposely put on answering machine. It actually feels like they want to wipe their hands clean of doing work because another time when I was having leaking in my apartment, they claimed it was not their responsibility when a contracted plumber told me it was, go figure...

Yet another association company without respect or work ethic. They claim they provide timely service when each and every time I called them, they gave me a different excuse. Your services aren't free; quite expensive at that, and you don't even have the audacity to advise customers of their paperwork status. Incredible and ridiculous and not to mention the rudeness of the employees. Disappointment of a company. Save yourself the regret and do not seek this company as an association firm.
