Tomas and Alicia are very helpful going over the invoices with me , their communication skills are very good and they answered the phone every time I called right away! Elizabeth the property manager is a pleasure to work with as well. She manages several properties and coordinates with me which ones to go out and see. The owner Gloria I am in contact with also. She is very helpful with the properties she manages and gets things done in a timely fashion. Carmen is at the front desk and is very accommodating when I walk in the front door and helps me immediately. I want to thank everybody at Elite property for being so proffessional and helpful!!!

Great Property Management

I have had the pleasure of working with Elite every year after purchasing my condominium. I have held various positions on the Board and dealt with many issues that have arisen in a 57 year old waterfront building on the beach. Elite has always been a phone call away with a level of value and professionalism second to none. The company is staffed with people like Joyce who are knowledgable and capable. I can't recommend them enough. They're big enough to handle large accounts but not so big that clients get lost in the shuffle. I have never had any trouble calling in and speaking directly to Gloria, the owner myself. They have a variety of subcontractors on their team ready to provide whatever assistance is necessary to keep your property running seamlessly.

Absolutely wonderful management. Helped me and my family when I had 4 weeks to move from another state to FL. Without any delay all my documentation was completed and processed (long distance) with a week to spare! Who ever does that for a complete stranger out of state? Joyce was a God sent help. She welcomed us to out new home, showed us around and even introduced us to the neighbors! Any time we called Joyce for help, we got help right away. Our property manager is ensuring that our building is a safe and a friendly place to live.

This has to be the WORSE company to have ever deal with. The rudeness, inconsideration, non help and disorganize with our condo building! You requested information, had to wait for response, when responded, not with what you needed. Left unpaid bills with the Condo leaving debts, mishandle of funds to get what was needed paid. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Many are at fault for trusting them when they do not do what is right by the building and for their home owners.
