“We have worked with Accountable Management for nearly twenty years and I highly recommend them to anyone for their professionalism and expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, management and administrative responsibilities.
They manage, collect rents, and take care of all tenant property maintenance requests for service. They manage all vendors and payables, payroll, cash flow shortfalls and distributions. They also schedule telephone meetings with us, the owners, to discuss activity at our properties. Prior to those calls, we are supplied with reporting for each of our entities. Since they manage all of the accounting functions, they also meet with our CPA's annually for their review and in preparation for the annual tax returns. We trust them explicitly with over twenty-five companies' checking accounts that they manage online. We have also included several of our personal accounts.
They have earned all of our trust due to their ability to be prompt, reliable, professional and dependable. We are very pleased with the performance of Accountable Management and would highly recommend them.”
