Was a part of his plumbers: life cycle of a service call meeting today. I’ve been in the trades 10 years and learned a lot from this that solidified concepts I used but didn’t have the back up info for and learned a lot that I did not think about previously. Good refresher course but a lot of the training is based on a Perfect world. Sort of antiquated as I learned most of this stuff 15 yrs ago at another job. I wish they would include role playing for the selling or.sales part.
