Kelly Hanick introduced herself to us by phone when our house was FOR SALE by OWNER and we had already moved to Punta Gorda.We were impressed by her and kept her contact information.

Unlike other realtors who had called, she was professional in her approach wanting to assist us in the "whole process of listing, marketing and sale". Others had offered cut rate commissions in the hopes of listing and waiting for someone else to sell. Most sounded like they were clueless about our property and had not even driven past.

All through the process Kelly was a hands on Realtor. She informed us of everything as it was happening and called to report showings and comments.
