What a great experience. These guys are really awesome. Stacy and Kim were great. We had a problem getting our money, but it was not their fault. Our Credit Union gave them misinformation for wiring our money. Kudos to Stacy. She included us on conference calls and held on until our money was located by our Credit Union, and the problem was solved. Absolutely top notch in all respects. They were efficient, effective, and pleasant to work with. In particular, Stacey was a standout: she was on the ball 110% of the time, and even took documents to a remote facility so the mobility-challenged seller could sign.

The worst title company on the planet!!!
If I could give a zero I would. When I say the worst I mean that. I had a VA buyer and ALL their paperwork was conventional especially the HUD! (Closing documents ) we dealt strictly with the owner of this company. People beware they over charge buyers!! Haven't refunded their money in weeks! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!!

Cindy's communication skills lacking. More concerned with explaining why she's right, than listening and providing good customer service. We closed a day later than we could have because she was on vacation. That cost us money. No one would answer phones, phones didn't work properly. We do not recommend Compass Title at all.
