Hands down, the BEST accountants I have ever encountered. I was highly recommended to Bottom Line Bookkeeping by a successful business person. I was currently dealing with a not so great company that really messed up my taxes leaving me alone to deal with the IRS. We had the displeasure of working with Shawn, for the better part of the year. The amount of times she told my partner that she was not smart enough to understand accounting, unbelievable. I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully and seen level level of incompetence that we did with bottom line. They handled our bookkeeping backdating our taxes and payroll. In the eight months plus that we worked with them not a single document was turned over to us as completed in terms of bookkeeping. They were mistakes every single payroll, and a little mistakes. For example after one of our managers resigned her position bottom line continue to pay them for three months full salary. When we reached out to the manager to return the money the agreed that they would return the money. Dawn independently called them and threaten to sue them then lied to our faces when confronted about it. This is just the tip of the iceberg I strongly encourage you to stay away from these people at all costs
