Went to their office as a new client transferred from a CPA that retired. I found the welcome from the front office receptionist attitude extremely harsh. She asked if I included all my tax information, which I replied I though I had. That wasn't enough, she felt it necessary to tell me how much trouble it is if a client doesn't include everything. By that time I felt I was scolded enough and decided to find a firm that welcomed new clients.
