We have been using Digital Boardwalk for all of our company IT needs since the beginning of last year. I can honestly say that all of my experiences have been positive. Eric Rodriguez at Digital Boardwalk has to be given a 5 Star Rating! For the last couple of days I have inundated Digital Boardwalk, Pensacola with several problems that occurred that I needed help with. I was fortunate to have Eric respond to my ticket requests and he did a fantastic job taking care of all issues. This was done with professionalism and patience. He never once made me feel that I was inadequate in needing help. He explained the status as we went along and all issues were resolved. Thanks Eric!

Was sold on a hands off solution for migrating domains and email. Website was left offline and was told it was my problem. And a significant number of emails were lost. Unprofessional all around.

I have only been part of the Digital Boardwalk experience for a few months and I am AMAZED at how good the entire experience has been! I have done MANY GOOGLE reviews and this one is a pleasure to write. The service I experienced has always been fantastic from beginning to end. I heard of them simply through word-of-mouth and the more businesses I become involved in... the more I learn about how happy everyone is with them.
