I have used this firm two years in a row. They could not have handled my account any worse! For the first time in my entire life I had to pay late fees due to their advice!! Now the IRS is telling me my 2022 return doesnt match with figures they have and they want answers before 9/12 or additional fees and fines will be imposed. So now I have to find another firm to clean up whatever mess this circus created for me in 2022, plus pay someone to do it. I have never in my life dealt with such incompetent people, beyond frustrated!!

I literally gave them 5 years of taxes, that my accountant in NY put me on a 5 year extension, and they got all of my taxes up to date in about 45 days. I have never been treated so very unprofessionally by any service I've paid for. Their actions are disgraceful and I would never recommend this firm to anyone.

My company used this CPA for all of its needs for the last 2 years. The service I got was marginal at best, I felt like we weren't "big enough" to get the A+ service that I thought I would.

I paid their asking price for full service accounting on all of our business dealings ($200 per month) and when it was time for taxes to be filed I literally had to supply information they said they couldn't find (just before filing 1099's action dates). A simple call from them throughout the year would have easily alleviated this problem but they apparently don't plan that far in advance at least with their less important customers.

In early February of this year I received a letter stating simply that they would no longer provide services to us with NO REASON why this was being done. Very unprofessional!!!
