I have always had a good experience with Bohanon Survey. I’ve had many subdivision surveys, site plans, and final surveys done here, and I am never disappointed. Very fair prices, and they will work with me when I need to get on the schedule ASAP. They value their customers, so I value them!

Called and I was put on hold for 9 min. So, I called again to ask a few questions since it’s my first time dealing with this and lady was just not kind to answer felt as she was rushing me off the phone pushing me to do it my self online. What is so hard to help? I have to do two properties and possibly build on them in near future I was looking to move to Marion county and have a company I can trust. Thank you to the lady on the phone for making this company miss out on some business.

I would differently recommend Bohanon & Associates for any future survey you may need.

I walked in to their Belleview office because I was tired of looking for a surveyor to survey my property and I would always get the same story they could not survey my property or I needed to wait at least 2 months or more before anyone could even consider my request.

Once I walked in their office, I was greeted by two friendly ladies. I explained to them what I want and they took my information.

There was one of the lovely ladies by the name of Stephany, that explained the entire process to me and advised she could not promise me how fast I would be getting my survey; however, they were going to do the best they could to get it done as soon as possible for me.

Stephany, was very upfront and told me that it would take approximately 4 to 5 weeks before they could have the survey completed for me. I thanked her for taking the time to explaining the entire process and being clear with me as far as how long I should expect to get my survey done.

To my amaze, after two and a half weeks I received and call letting me know my survey was completed and ready for me to pick up.

I will definitely use Bohanon & Associates for all my future projects.

Just tried to schedule a survey. They said no new customers because they are 5 months out. So I said sure I will wait the 5 months and she said no you'll have to call us back in a couple months. My reply was then you will be busy for 5 more months so just put me on the schedule now. They won't and don't want my business or yours. Don't bother calling them

I called Pam to help me on getting a recertification, and to find the markers on the lot. She was extremely helpful, and will schedule the appointment, and let me know 24 hours ahead of time, when the surveyor will be going out. I appreciate the quick response, follow-up and professionalism.
