Usually we just do our own taxes, but we had slightly less than straight forward information so we took the easy way out and went with Fredrick James. He and his staff are honest, friendly, and reliable. I love the small family atmosphere in the office. So happy we hired them too because we ended up finding more than we expected. I've known and worked with Fred for at least 13 years. When I think of him or describe him to others, I find myself using these words every time, hard-working, honest, thorough, knowledgeable and above all professional. I'm always amazed when he tells me his plans for the weekend or the evening at hand. Almost every time and involves studying and increasing his knowledge base through continuing education. I unfortunately I am not that focused or driven... Needless to say I find it quite impressive.
In conclusion, I would be absolutely shocked if his clients were not 100% satisfied with his services. If they were not, I'm absolutely positive he would do everything to make it right, even at his own expense.
And you can take that to the bank!
