I would not hand over my property to anyone other than
Florida Management Company. Dave, Roger and Mary Ellen are the best at making sure everything is taken care of, and nothing is overlooked.
They have managed my house rental since 2017. I have total peace knowing that they have my property in their care for rental, repairs, general maintenance and anything that is needed. My property owners distribution deposit is put into my account faithfully on the same day every month. I only have praise and a big Thank You for Florida Management and everyone that works there from the owners down to the employees.
