Great gym for travelers and anyone who’s serious about working with a trainer! The owner Anthony is very accommodating and will make sure your needs are met to best of their abilities. Got all the equipment you need to get your pump on and a great little recovery area with cold plunges and a sauna. 10/10 would recommend!

I've been to a lot of gyms and this one is right up there as one of the best. We were in town for a few weeks and from the second we walked in Anthony made me and my wife feel right at home. They have all the equipment you will ever need for any type of workout, and the cold tub and sauna is a great option for recovery. This should be your gym if you want to make progress. Anthony knows what he is doing and is always willing to help. You can't find a nicer, more genuine owner than Anthony.

I 1000% recommend going to Monster Mouse Fitness - it's such a cool gym and offers a wide array of equipment to really cater to any and all fitness interests. My favorite spot was the outdoor space where there was a nice turf layout, huge tires for flipping, and a yoke! It was such a nice surprise and a unique component that gyms don't generally have. I also came across homemade circus dumbbells and other fun equipment that you wouldn't see unless in a specialty setting.

This gym also offers a welcoming environment with great customer service. Anthony assisted me with getting my membership in place and always provided friendly greetings on visits there. Brad was a great source for tips surrounding lifting technique and powerlifting competitions.

If you want to go to a gym that offers a great environment that is open 24/7, a supportive and committed team, and access to a wide-ranging selection of equipment, then Monster Mouse Fitness should be your gym of choice.

I’m from out of town and was looking for a gym to come to that did day passes. Walking into momentum I felt at home!

They have any and everything you could ever need when it comes to equipment. Plus they have an ice bath and a sauna and the staff is so welcoming!

I love this gym. Great equipment, good vibe and everyone who works here is so helpful and welcoming. Anthony the owner takes a lot of pride in keeping it that way. Whether you are a bodybuilder or this is just your lifestyle, there is a place for you here. They offer many amenities. Brad does bodywork here and he is amazing at it ! I had an issue with my left shoulder for months that was impeding progress on my lifts. In one session with him I was able to finally progress 🙌 highly recommend this gym.

Just getting started training with Anthony. He’s flexible and accommodating with my busy schedule and his pricing is very reasonable. He’s tough but knows when I’m at my limit and gives me guidance to push past my comfort levels. The gym has everything I need from cardio to weights and isn’t overrun with “influencers” trying to shoot a social media video, everyone there is helpful and friendly. I appreciate the 24 hour access so I can work out on my schedule. They have a cold plunge and sauna that I’m looking forward to trying. Finding the right trainer and gym was important to me because I have a long way to go with my fitness journey and it can be intimidating to start but honestly I felt nothing but encouragement from everyone I’ve met. If you are looking for a no excuses type of trainer I’d definitely recommend giving Anthony a call. At the end of the day I’d rather support a local family owned gym than some cookie cutter corporate location where I’m no more than a member number.

Was in town from Scotland helping my mother in law out after flood damage, I’ve been working out in gyms all over the world and this one is one of the best, the guys are cool and welcoming the patrons ( I think that’s what you yanks call members) are a bunch of stars and I can’t recommend this place enough. If I stayed there this is the place I would be a member of. Awe the best boys.

I've been coming to the gym with my dad since it opened and everytime I walk in it's nothing but hospitality and smiles from everyone. Anthony (owner) is always in there helping people perfect their form and making sure that they have a good time going to the gym. This gym has honestly made my childhood and the people that you are surrounded by in the gym are some of the greatest people to be around. Honestly the best gym in the bay area.
