Horrible experience with 2 of their realtors. Lack of communication with my agent which caused me to loose my loan that was approved under one condition and they failed to tell my agents. Then we said we would pay cash and it got ugly. They wanted info that they are not entitled too, added info to the addendum after we signed it too. They did not believe us when it would take 3 days to get the funds transferred and wanted to close the loan right then. They would not wait and it was their fault our loan was denied and went the cash route. They dropped the bomb on us twice. Kristin Hallamek and Michele strong. Very unprofessional

Inquired about a home today for rent. Carol Pellachino called me back. She asked me about our dogs and how many we had. She came off as a rich snob who couldn't fathom renting a house to someone with 3 dogs. She pretty much put it that way too. Would never use this realty company. Have bought and sold 6 homes. Just happen to be renting this time.
