My company was a loyal customer of Studio 98 for several years. They hosted an information only website for me. Last year the page was "hijacked" with malware and was flagged by Google and others as a dangerous web page. I called support and got someone and created a ticket. After a month of my website showing to my customers as a site with malware and non functional I called again and was assured they were working on it. I asked for it to be taken down. Two weeks later nothing had changed. I called and asked for my files so I could get someone else to fix it. The files had viruses and were not useable. I had to pay for someone to completely redesign my site. All the wile they were still charging my credit card. Obviously I do not recommend.

I’ve worked with them for over 6 years on everything from building a website to Google Ads, down to basic hosting services. Basically I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them over that time, and worked with multiple people, across multiple services they offer, even across different owners of the company. I’ve consistent found them to be disorganized, over-priced, and lacking in basic customer service. Their employees were all nice, and tried to be helpful, but it was obvious they were either tasked with too many other things to do, or not trained well enough to provide the level of service that would produce results. Finally, after slowly downgrading my service with them to basic web hosting, I migrated to another provider about six months ago who has exceeded my expectations. My new marketing firm and I have both reached out to Studio98 MULTIPLE times to stop my hosting services, to which they agreed. Unfortunately, they continued to charge me, month after month, and each time they said “it won’t happen again.” I literally had to close my account to make this stop as they obviously had no intention of stopping the auto draft, and refuse to return my money. So unless you like to waste money and work with a disorganized company that cannot adequately provide the results they promise, I would suggest you find another marketing firm, like I did.

I hired Studio98 to do my professional website and I have been extremely happy with my choice of companies to do the work! Whenever I reached out to the team, they responded back to me quickly and never failed to come through with all my requests, including a weekly progress-meeting! What can I say other than a job well done, again.

Studio98 built my site several years back and we love it.

Recently I hired Studio98 to make updates to the site, when the site went down, they quickly had it up and running, looks new and it once again loads super fast.

Jetro was super responsive, communicates along the way, and got the two projects done in short order.

I cannot say enough nice things about him and his work. Definitely 5-Stars.

I highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their website.

Finally after two decades of paying to have company website updated and improved, Amanda came along and hit the right note -which is the first time since the 90s when I did our original website.
I highly recommend Amanda she was very good at getting what we were going for quickly and am thrilled with the final product.

It was the most pain free experience I’ve had with our website revisions to date.

BAD EXPERIENCE AND POOR WORK. It is safe to say that I gave an honest try to the website built by STUDIO 98 one year ago (2022) in order to be fair and appreciate its additions to my business. Unfortunately, I have disconnected the WIX website as of today, as it brought me a lot of difficulties and problems that I never had before. Studio 98 failed in advising the use of the right platform, WIX was never a good fit for my Art school. I needed a brand new website that would make my work easier and not the opposite. The web site design process was awkward from the beginning, starting with the color palette and continuing with communication. My assigned professional was in South Africa, and even when she was kind I firmly believe the time difference was not in our favor. They attempted to sell me all kinds of products of marketing very aggressively, but not an honest attempt to address my needs as a business. Website did not offer an order number to clients purchasing from my website, which made everything challenging and inconvenient. This was only one big problem among many others. I requested a refund from STUDIO 98 while they were still in the frustrating, expensive 4K-priced-process of finishing a decent and functional website VIA WIX, but they refused. A year later, I'm writing an educated review of a year of bad experiences as a result of their poor work. DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL .

STUDIO 98 just designed a brand new website for our business. The process was very smooth and the communications back and forth were excellent. Very responsive. My designer (Amanda) was extremely talented in both DESIGN and TECHNICAL aspects which was a huge help for me. Having been in business for over 37 years I can honestly say STUDIO 98 is the best team I've ever worked with and I highly recommend them. Don't search for another website designer ...... just contact STUDIO 98
