I generally do not leave a bad review--but this once reliable software has become ladened with superfluous user interfaces that have nothing to do with E-signing.

The performance of E-signing has suffered dramatically and this program is no longer a viable business tool for me. I would not be so final in my decision if it were not for the technical support line / contact information not plainly being available to be found.

I’ve been a paying member of Form Simplicity for over three years, and unfortunately, the platform’s performance has become a nightmare. Every time I try to upload a document for signing, it takes over 20 minutes, even after clearing cache and other data. I reached out to customer service twice, but since they couldn’t find an issue on their end, they basically shrugged and did nothing to help.

Today, after wasting almost 30 minutes trying to get the platform to work, I decided to cancel my subscription and request a refund—they denied it. Absolutely unacceptable.

I do not recommend this platform to anyone. The free version of DocuSign works better than this paid service. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

I rarely leave a review like this...but more times than I can count, this Form Simplicty system has a glitch on the weekend or when no customer service/tech support can be reached because it's the weekend. This system glitches so much. The worst is when I have a deadline like tonight AND it's the weekend and no one from your company is reachable and it could have a detrimental impact for my clients'. Terrible system, TBH. I wish there was another option. And Docusign is clunky as heck. I'm so frustrated.

One of their agents is constantly harassing with emails to sign when not even asked for documents. I would not use this company at all there's better out there.

E sign not working since yesterday. They don't provide another system to sign your documents. I was told to send document to seller , get them sign and send it back in envelope 🤣 how much is membership for form simplicity ?

Wow was on the line with customer service getting some help with a file. Long story short... Email with some attachments VIP. EXPLAINED to FS rep. that I received an error message on my end after sent email, with ATTACHMENTS. Wile on phone with FS. Rep.. he said its ok ! Do not resend ! Well 4 hrs latter the email did not go over with Attachments. Email History did not have ERROR recorded WHY the HECK NOT ? The FS program should have recorded the ERROR ON THEIR END in the EMAIL HISTORY.. This is not good ! The Back dept needs to look into this software glitch. ( App Files ) catches all Glitches..
Come on FS its 2024 get with the program ALREADY!

This Form Simplicity is horrible. Each and every time you send contract to upload AFTER receiving back for additional initials or signatures... system refuses to upload to send out for esigning again. Each time I call the help desk and each time they say "O you have to compress the file... " So I compress the contract and nothing.. no way no how will allow me to upload it and so I have to call help desk and then they do their magic and then somehow it is allowed through but who has the time for all this? This is absolutely ridiculous.
