Cody was absolutely wonderful to work with! He takes the time to explain and answer all your questions and was exceptional in responding back.

My husband and I initially went with a different company. When we requested the structural report they wanted an obscene amount of money before they would release it to us. After feeling mislead and taken advantage of, I decided we needed to find another company to work with. That’s when I found ATLAS Engineering and Consulting. Cody was patient, knowledgeable, he explained the cost and process so, I knew exactly what to expect. There was no back and forth, no surprises or hidden expenses. The day of the inspection were out of town so we had a family friend meet him. Cody was on time, he even called after he was done to go over his findings and asked if we had any questions. The customer service he provides is honestly so refreshing, rare to find these days.
