Since we have started using Smart Procure in October 2015, we have generated a handful of leads, a few of them have even turned in to sales. We are using Smart Procure to seek out new opportunities, as well as gather further contact information about our current customers.
The customer service staff is incredibly helpful and easy to work with.
My only complaint is the speed at which the information downloads. There is a lot of lag and often takes a while for information to load.

UPDATE:
I was called by the VP of the company on July 17 2018 and he took care of the situation. He listened to the problem and said he will take care of it and refund me the money.
I think they have a great product. While it wasn’t the right fit for me at the moment, I think many businesses can benefit from it and if used right it can generate a significant amount of business.

they refuse to refund me $400 after i canceled my service within 2 hours of signing up.
a sales rep named Tommy Lopez contacted me on July 6 2018. said he wants me to see the GovSpend platform from SmartProcure for businesses that could get my business more sales from government job opportunities. he spent an hour on the phone with me trying to sell me on it. he presented it in a very attractive way and got me to sign a contract for $400 a month for the term of 12 months.
about an hour after the call i realized i made a mistake signing with them because my business cannot afford this expense at this time.
i called back saying i would like to cancel the contract and close the account.
they said they will be contacting me in the next day and then stretched it out over a week. the accounting department finally called me on July 16 2018, and said they will cancel the contract but will NOT refund the initial $400 paid.
i asked them why are they keeping my hard earned money after they are canceling the contract and they said that the reason is "you signed the contract, sorry".
there is no justification to take my money because i was sold on a service that i cannot afford. i did not use the service at all and would like to resolve this in a nice way.
i would like to get a $400 refund. i didn't use the service and there is no reason for them to keep the money. they didn't provide me with any services.
