I have hired specSF for geotechnical engineering, structural services, field testing, and inspections. Specialty Engineering are engineers that care, which is very rare in this industry. The house shown here started with their geotechnical engineering services, then full structural AND pool plans, field testing for the concrete pours, site visit on request when I had an issue, and their team supported our project the whole way. Highly recommend!!

As the President of a condo association, the board needed to hire an engineering company to do our 50 year certification. Specialty Engineering was hired to do 3 phases of our association. They are very professional and experienced in their field. Jeff, the engineer for our property, is friendly and takes the time to explain, to owners, what the issues found were and what should be done to fix it. This makes the owners feel comfortable that he is looking out for the safety of our community. We were provided reports with photos of this project needed to submit to the city. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a comprehensive inspection.

A huge SHOUTOUT going out to the best Engineering Company in the State of Florida.
Our partnership goes back to almost 2 decades ago and I wouldn't think about hiring any other company. In our line of work there's almost no room for errors and for sure you guys have deliver that and have been part of our success. Your team is very thorough when reviewing the calculations and designs with integrity, honesty and professionalism every step of the way.
Adam and his team probably handle approx. 75 to 100 jobs monthly for our company, among our 5 offices trough out the State in a very timely manner and also the quickest turnaround.

Adam and his team were incredibly prompt and professional.SEC, did exactly what they said they would do, and have delivered correct plans, correct engineering schematics, and correct reports without missteps or mistakes on several projects. The engineering is always spot on, and when ever I have submitted for permits their work is always approved without question or comments.
Working with Adam and Ian was smooth, and top notch. Period.
