Claude is the best representative to work with. He is always available when I need help or have a request and the ETA for orders is amazing! We have used ISBS as a vendor for years, and don't plan on ever using another company. The personal service we receive is outstanding. We all know that down time is lost revenue, and nobody understands that more that ISBS. Service issues are dealt with immediately. From the very first meeting with our sales rep, Donna, (the best sales rep I've ever dealt with from any company in my life) to the day to day maintenance, every single person at ISBS has been nothing but friendly and helpful. It is great to be able to deal with the same people, year after year. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I had few issues with the copier and had technician look at it, but was saved by Shariq. He was right on point and explained step by step on how and why certain things needed to be changed. Stayed with me until all problems were solved. He saved the account for I was almost ready to cancel.
