I'm sorry but Martin Schwan and myself will NEVER use your Millennium Taxes EVER again. We have been kindly requesting that your office repair/restore/FIX the screw up which was made on our federal tax filing in your company in 2017. I have tracked over TWENTY requests from MY phone alone and spoken with Sister Jovita Arevalo many times as well. I now receive a measly monthly Social Security check for just 1200$ PER MONTH. I have been told by Sister Arevalo multiple times that she would speak with the office about correcting your error since you stand behind your work. Now, for the past THREE months my Social Security is being docked by $200 a month leaving me with $1000 for my monthly income. I would not recommend ANYONE to use this company because they DON'T stand behind their work. We were told you couldn't find a copy of our 2017 taxes by someone in your office, my spouse Martin e-mailed you ALL the paperwork that was supposedly lost. It's been 3 taxes years since and now we barely make it month to month. It's SO DISAPPOINTING that we have again been let down by your firm. So please take us OFF your mailing list. We will reporting this to the attorney general about incompoliance on your company's behalf and also to the IRS. For a "Christian, family run business" you sure have screwed me over _ AND lacked integrity to fix your error, TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED in your firm. We paid usually $400 at least-to get this lack of response is appalling. Martin & Karen Schwan.
