Wilson Rogers & Company is by far the worst tax service I have ever used. Many people don't write truthful reviews but certainly this place needs to be called out with an honest review. Wilson Rogers & Company lacks professionalism and common courtesy.

I called numerous times requesting to speak to someone with no avail. When emailing, I get hit with the "we're busy" and "there's 180 people in front of you". However, I submitted my tax information more than 2 months ago still no call back or answers to any of the questions that I put in the questionnaire they ask everyone to fill out. I pay $600+ dollars in fees and costs alone to Wilson Rogers & Company as a returning customer yet I can't get on the phone with anyone? Last year was bad and this year is even worst. You've been warned, avoid the unnecessary back and forth with no real help and just choose somewhere else.

Wilson Rogers is an excellent service. As a business owner I have more advanced tax issues than most. Wilson Rogers made a point to explain all my options very clearly and helped me with some future tax planning. They are now my go-to shop and I have used them for a number of years. This review has been a long time coming but they are definitely professional and they give great advice. If you want professional service with added advice, then this is the place.
