Curious HOW you develop your reviews You rated an online auction site as A- when the reviews on your OWN site look like they don't even have 1.5 stars? So, really, they PAY YOU to be listed, and you just take their word, then? No, doesn't sound like a BS scam you're supposed to protect others from, does it (*sarcasm*)?

Won't even let me screenshot it, believe THAT? That's a new scam.

It was for Live Auction LLC. Get with the program, come on. They CAN'T have an A- if MOST of the reviews on YOUR site are basically people getting RIPPED OFF.

Your OWN site both says the grade from you is BOTH by reviews and NOT by reviews. Which is impossible. Duh.

The people have spoken. There’s better reviewing platforms than this old reviewing system. From my experience as a past customer for a decade or longer they did little to nothing when servicing my account. They take their monthly fee and you never hear from them again until there’s complaints especially with no merit. My experience dealing with John M and my so called representative Jaida F was terrible. I am looking into my options due to my extremely frustrating experience with the BBB.

If they make things right I am open to discussing the situation. As of now I would not recommend them and will tell many people about my experience.

This is a joke of an organization. The merchant could send blank sheets of paper back and after the 2nd time this BBB would mark it closed with a comment that the merchant responded but the customer wasn't happy
Use them to get the merchant's attention but know that they do less than the minimum
Their non profit status should be pulled as they should not gain benefits for how little they offer

I complain against Founders insurance company, they are rated A+ on BBB Chicago, BBB defend them so hard,businesse responded once with bunch lies, I responded back ,provided all documents and facts ,guess what, instead wait on business to respond BBB closed my case .I try leave review on BBB website ,I give 1star to Founders insurance. I received email from BBB,they will not publish my review. That tells me that BBB work together with some business, instead be neutral they protecting businesses. In my case they protected them 100%.
So hard to believe that businesse on Google has bearly 2 star rating, but on BBB Chicago there rating A+,becuse BBB selecting high ratings to publish, negative ratings don't go public.

These people are completely unhelpful. They had out A+ ratings to awful companies, don't help mediate your case, and then close them without response or explanation. It's a worthless cause. Don't bother with them. Just move on with your life and don't let them disrupt it.
