Our HOA has been represented by Community Management Specialists for almost 13 years. It has been a great experience for those of us who are Board members. They keep an eye on all the details that would otherwise be easy for us to miss. As a member of our Board of Directors, I find it has been easy to work with CMS and Raul, Ileana and Julie. They are supportive of any issues or questions we have and respond very timely to our needs. In hosting our annual meeting in December, they did an excellent job in organizing and communicating with our homeowners and we had a great turnout. Most recently they have been instrumental in assuring an important amendment change to our documents was sent to our homeowners as planned. They will continue to assist us with the ballots to hopefully have the amendment pass. All in all, I feel CMS and their staff do a great job.

I’ve had a great experience with CMS, particularly with Christina Benevides, our Community Association Manager. Christina has been incredibly responsive, always following through on any concerns and ensuring they’re resolved promptly. The Annual/Budget Meeting is always well-organized and transparent, and she made the process clear and easy to understand. Additionally, when it came to snow removal and landscaping, CMS acted quickly to keep our community safe and beautiful.
