If you’re a wise man like my fiancé you’ll go straight to Danielle B. I knew that I wanted a custom ring and Ariel’s knowledge of jewelry was paramount in helping us design the perfect one. Ariel and my fiancé discussed budget, timing, and logistics. Then he worked with me to design the ring itself by hearing out my design preferences. He gave his expert advice on what would or wouldn’t work. “I recommend a white gold head to cradle the stone since it’ll reflect a cleaner tone rather than picking up the rose hues from the band.” Or “This is the band thickness I’d recommend to complement the stone size, but still provide a slim, delicate aesthetic.”

Then he works his magic and discreetly the ring ends up in your partner’s care ready for the big day. I’m SO happy to be engaged to my best friend and every time I look at my ring it brings the biggest smile to my face. It’s a reminder of his commitment and his love and at the end of the day it’s such a beautiful piece of jewelry.

I have had my grandfathers TAG Heuer watch broken with water damage for a while now and I have been hesitant to leave it with watchmakers for repair because of the sentimental value of this item. One of my good friends recommended I work with Danielle B. Jewelry even though they were on the other side of the country in New York City. After a quick phone call with Ariel I felt comfortable enough to work with him and he immediately emailed me a fully insured shipping label so I could send him my watch for repair. After 2 days Ariel got back to me with good news and informed me that all it needed was a battery – the movement is working perfectly. When I sent the watch in I expected there to be a lot more work involved to get it fixed and was expecting an extremely high cost to repair this luxury item. I was surprised when Ariel Billed be for just the battery change ($35) and shipping charges. I feel very comfortable working with Danielle B for their honesty and I highly recommend them.

I have lived in NYC for over 18 years and I have never been able to find that neighborhood jewelry store I can always rely on. The day I went into Danielle B. Jewelry, I knew my search was over. This is a family operated store where they really take pride in their work and give that one-on-one care to their customers. I brought several pieces of jewelry into the store and I was very happy with the results. One time, only several days after I brought my watch in to be refurbished, it accidentally fell off my wrist. I brought it back into the store and with zero questions asked and without hesitation, Ariel said "we will take care of this free of charge asap." And that is exactly what they did. I was looking for a quick battery replacement and ducked in, and they were able to help me immediately. Battery was replaced while I waited, along with fixing the clasp on the watch and tightening the band, all for a very fair price. Can't recommend it higher! The guy was very knowledgeable about watches, having worked on then his whole life, and the store had a great selection, were I in the market for a new watch.
