William & Michelle are the nicest and most helpful people we have worked with in over seven years of running Airbnbs in the hi desert. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company. Things have gone so much smoother since switching to them, I often get solicitations from people wanting to manage our property but it is always from people just starting out who don't know much or from companies that have way too many properties to be able to give any personal attention , both things which should be avoided.
