This van has been sitting at my apartment complex for over a week with this heinous text written on the back. I'm not sure what kind of company is okay with leaving a company vehicle with this written across it at an apament complex where kids walk around for this long. I have known many of Integrity Fire's employees for over 10 years and have worked with them in one capacity or another. When they started their own fire alarm company, I expected great service, communication and pricing and of course they have not let us down. I tried to schedule an appointment for our co's fire extinguishers. Staff was great! Lexi was very polite and professional. The frustrating part was getting transferred to phone extensions, and nobody answered. I left voicemails and still heard nothing back.
Cass came out to do the service. Great person! Awesome employee. Very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Don't let the phone issue dismiss this company. Their employees, especially the ones listed, excel!

Someone from this company shows up unannounced, uninvited and tells your staff that they are here to inspect the fire extinguishers, then they send you a bill. More frustrating, one of the extinguishers they charged for was not inspected (not signed off on). Check with your local fire dept how often you need a professional inspection, and who is qualified to do so. Feels like the strategy of this company is to send people in and hope you don't know any better and then keep sending them in and sending you bills more frequently than needed. It is a headache to stop, just like an unsolicited subscription.
