Very personable and a delight to work with. Another shout out to Andrew. He worked on my computer yesterday and I cannot even explain in words how grateful I am. My computer was frustrating me to the point that I didn't want to come to work. My computer was incredible slow, to the point that typing in a phone number would take 30 plus seconds to populate, forms could take a minute or more to open. Andrew worked magic on my computer, he took the time to look at everything, made certain that my computer had all of the latest updates, installs, and even taught me a few things during the hours he was on my computer. I can not say how THANKFUL I am. I was excited to come to work today, knowing I would not have to struggle with my computer. Andrew is a miracle worker!!

I have to say that Anchor, Corey, and Vince helped me through a really difficult IT situation. I met with Vince and Cory and explained my situation and Vince knew I was in trouble. We kept in touch and when that situation came to light I called Vince for help.Anchor stepped up and honestly saved the day! Both Vince and Cory are professional and real guys that understood my IT situation and the problems that I faced. Anchor has and continues to be a resource for my business. They are prompt and professional and I feel fortunate to be with this company. We were with Anchor for many years however over the last year their services have become increasingly unsatisfactory. Patrick Kiah is awesome and I would love if my new IT company hired him away. The owner Vince is a nice guy but unfortunately Anchor has become very reactionary instead of proactive and Vince is not fixing this problem. We had several instances where problems were not fixed, even when they took our computers to their offices to work on them. They returned the computers still with the same problems and charged us for it anyway. The response time is extremely slow. In a small company an issue that effects one person can be critical to the days work but in their queue it does not rate a priority because it does not effect the whole company. I also found they had poor follow through. The accounting person never actually answers the phone. Everytime I called I had to leave a message and usually had to call a second time to get a call back. At one point they had one of our laptops for a month, I called to see where it was in the repair stage and never got a call back. Each time I was told it was because the person who had it was changing offices. Maybe 5 years ago (when the majority of their positive reviews were posted) the customer service was better but I can't attest to that. What I do have a problem with is the shady behavior that Vince assured me we were parting ways on good terms but three hours after I terminated Anchor, one of his vCIO's posted a bad review against my new IT company, pretending to be a customer. Unfortunately he was not smart enough to use a picture free profile and Vince has not passed on his code of ethics to his company, nor has he stepped up to make Cameron take it down. Anyone about to sign services with this company should be very careful...

07/02/2020 - I would like to post an update. A few moments ago Vince called me. He only saw my review last night for the first time and he called to apologize for Cameron's behavior (and to let me know Cameron is no longer employed there). He didn't have to call and he did not ask me to revise my review, but I think it is important to note that Vince had the integrity to call me after two years and apologize when he didn't have too. I appreciate that and want to give credit where credit is due. Upgrading my rating by a couple of stars.

It was complete serendipity that I ran into this IT company. They have completely overhauled the way my small to midsize law firm works. It did not cost me an arm and a leg like other vendors were trying to charge us.

Corey, Justin, Dave, and Ray have always been incredibly professional on time and very considerate of my teams time and space.
