I am shocked by the bad reviews . These ladies have gone above and beyond for us. respond quickly and They have helped us so much even with other issues they have helped us . I have been a tenant for a little over 2 years. Not a single complaint to give. Whenever I need something fixed, they're on top of it, ASAP!
Extremely professional and great with communication. Also, just nice people in general! Highly recommend!

How can you give less than one star? After filling out all the forms to show what we found as deficient items on the property, they never fixed any of them and then somehow seemed to think that we did all the damage
Extremely unresponsive when you call about certain items. Terri seems to have a horrible attitude which matches her professionalism, horrible! I could not recommend this place for anybody at any time in the future. If you find that you are needing to do business with them, take photos, document everything and then threaten them with lawsuits when they do the same thing to you.

I've lived in my current apartment through KBK for about 6 years. Terri has been extremely responsive to my maintenance request-carpet removal, fixing back storage area, and most recently, broken fridge. I appreciate Terri's direct and efficient approach to working with others.

I rented a house as a student with other fellow students in our last year of school at Adams State. Combined, the four of us had over eight years of RA experience along with recommendations from campus housing and ASUPD (our parents were forced to co-sign). On top of this, Terri forced us to pay an extra $100 per month just for being students. When we had issues with the property, it was difficult to convince Terri that attention was needed, and in one situation, the main shower was clogged for months and drained slowly because our concerns were not taken seriously. After we moved out, Terri returned our deposit in a timely fashion, but the charges were not reasonable for the small damages that were caused ($400 to fix broken tile on shower wall). The property was not properly cleaned when we moved in and we left it cleaner than when we arrived and were still charged for cleaning services. IF YOU ARE AFFILIATED WITH ADAMS STATE, I do not suggest working with KBK or Terri.

When I moved out, I thouroughly cleaned everything and place was ready to rent. They took all handles off water spickets so i wasn't allowed to use them to clean. They claim that they do the lawns but nobody ever came to clean fallen branches. I was charged for cleaning the home and branch pick up. Very rude and never had anything fixed like bad appliances. Would not recommend this management company. Two thumbs down.

When I called about a house that hadn't even posted to the website yet I was told I could apply for a diffrent place, and they would put it on the house I wanted. It was open to apply for. We passed the backround check and credit Check with flying colors .... we have a very good score and no crimal history. So we scheduled to see it the same day.They were 1 hour late for our appointment. We had to call and remind them they had an appointment. They took one look at me and my husband and decided to refund us for our credit and backround check. They claim to have already rented it out over the weekend. Suddenly it was no longer available to rent. I suspect it had something to do with the way we looked. We are an interracial couple. I am black and my husband is white. The house was then posted to diffrent websites still for rent. They looked for someone for over a month before they actually found someone they felt would be good renters. I am very disappointed people like that still exist in 2021.

They are the best in the SLV,. They work hard and have to do the dirty work (sometimes). They always answer the phone, respond to email, issues, and are easy to work with. I highly recommend them as they are the best. I always recommend hard working folks with integrity.
