I used this office before. Don't make the same mistake. The last return he did for us, I was told by the tax board and our new Professional accountant, that whoever did this return for us made a mistake and when we tried to let them know they ghosted us. With the help of new Professional accountant it was finally resolved. Old man Jack hopefully has retired, he needs to if not. His son isn't doing much better at things, since it's almost the end of February and still waiting on forms needed this year that we were told were mailed weeks ago.. oh yeah, they lie a lot too when you can get hold of anyone. Be smart, go elsewhere.

I have been using Jack since 1992 for my taxes, I moved out of state two years ago, and still using Jack by teleconference. Has to be a five star for me to keep coming back, doesn't it? Great individual, Great Staff.

I wasted my time and money with a consultation here. The guy seemed like he had no idea about the financial industry. He offered no indication of being educated more than I was...and I'm not in the financial business at all. To say the least I was disappointed. I really believed I would get some form of financial advice that I could use and would impress me enough to make me want to commit on the spot. If I was him, I would have offered to be my financial advisor and try to build a relationship to create a future income from my life time of needs. A win-win situation. I want a full service financial company because I have a lot of business to offer them over the next few years because I know what I want to build financially but I need a financial advisor to guide me. I'm sure another financial advisor will see the long term opportunity. Repeat business is the best business in my opinion. 🙂

RJ Rarick set my mother and father in law up:

1) in an inexpensive, money losing REIT
2) made an annuity that was improperly written for a single life, rather than joint
3) was generally useless and rude.
