I just got insurance through Pronto today, worked with Jose who worked fast and was super friendly. I had my two year old with me, so it was hard to tend to him and do what I needed to do to get insurance, Jose was fast and efficient. Awesome guy to work with.

Everyone there is super nice, helpful and polite. Jose is amazing, his customer service is awesome. He always helps me with anything that I need and gets it done quickly and efficiently. He has an amazing personality, my daughter loves him. He always talks to her and gives her a lollipop and makes our payment visit quick and fun! I recommend them to anyone because they have great service and they have great pricing.

Esmeralda Chavez is the best!!! I purchased a car today and needed insurance to drive off the lot. I don't know what's going on in California where several insurance companies replied stating they are not providing quotes in my area. Thankfully Esmeralda was able to help me and remained on the phone (even after their 3pm closing time on a Saturday)with me while she explained the details of my policy. I thought I was going to leave the dealership without the car I just purchased...I'm extremely thankful!!!
