Does great work, and prices are great, but his customer service is awful. The ONE and ONLY time my husband called to check to see about the status of our generator, that he took there 4 weeks earlier, the guy was extremely rude when he called, didn't ask him his name just said that he said he would call when it was ready and hung up on him. Now, I can understand it, if he was blowing up the phone but this was his first time calling about it, and he was leaving for a week to go out of town. Being rude to customers is not the way to keep business while.i have no complaints about the actual work, I do have complaints about the customer service provided.

I chose this place of business because of its good reviews, but that public quality has conflicted w/ my business experience w/ B & K sales and services. In a leap of faith and submission of my echo weed eater of 2 years old, it was acting up- running sluggish. When I dropped it off there I was told it would be 3 weeks until it would be repaired. I thought … well they must be good and overwhelmed w/ business/repetitive business so I went w/ it . After 3 weeks I didn’t hear anything from them so I called to find out that it was ready and the total amount is 72.50 . I said WOW ! … ok … what was wrong w/ it . He said the carburetor/ filter was dirty and it was cleaned and the spark plug was replaced…. I then said … isn’t that on the high side ? The response I got was that the taxes has gone up on their business property.. so more or less that reflects on their pricing… I understand this concept of inflation…. But what I do expect if I’m going to pay a premium price ( sugar coated ) then I expect good quality of workmanship, service and product . See the photo of their quality of work for their premium price. Maybe I’ve experienced their bad side and they perform w/ excellence to other customers… but as far as my experience I do not recommend this business . Observe all the oil …. Cleaned the carburetor and filter … $ 72.50 ? From my experience 1 Star would be a compliment .

Went to this shop with nothing more than an exhaust gasket in hand. Had no idea what what it came off of as it was a custom build that I had acquired and these guys brought out a whole box of miscellaneous gaskets and started going through them to help me find something that would work. We ended up finding 3ea and a package with a part number and they referred me to a website to order more from. I appreciate their willingness to help. Not many businesses that will do that for you now days.

Had mower repaired that required professional experience and knowledge. Mower had been left outside for an extended period of time without prep for storage. Would recommend this business for small engine repairs and maintenance.

$300 weed-eater from Lowes, top brand, only a few months old, messes up, manufacturer making me jump through hoops of fire just to attempt to get it fixed. Bryan, who I initially had diagnose the issue, informed me about possible issues in the future and even fixed the issue!
Then why I ask what’s the cost, says don’t worry about it, sounds like you’ve had enough problems with it already!
Wow, something for nothing. My business will definitely go to Bryan and his establishment in the future should I need it!

You can fix your mower here for a very reasonable price. Just get your parts ahead of time. Brian is very friendly. He changed my Toro transmission. Its working like ke new.

Dropped off mower for repairs. Said it would be 2 weeks for repairs. Called at 3 weeks and hadn't looked at mower yet. They called me back same day after looking at it and said nothing could be done. Wasted 3 weeks of time. Took to Motorheadz and said no problem with getting it done

Knowledgeable people about many makes and types of small engine equipment.
I found them by chance over 25 years ago, and have never felt any need to go elsewhere.
Quality work and fair pricing.
Smaller operation, so it can get backlogged with work in the Spring.
Like all places on 494, enter/exit can get testy.
